Raw Aluminum Pallets or Platform Castings

Raw aluminum pallet castings are available for organizations that would like to machine their own hardware to custom dimensions.

These castings are produced in type 356 Aluminum Alloy that is solution annealed and hardened to a condition of T4.

This heat treatment provides the hardest, strongest and easiest to machine commercial condition.

All of these pallets are approximately one and three-quarters (1.750) inches [44.45mm] thick.

These pallet castings are ribbed on the back side to reduce the weight, while maintaining their structural soundness.

The smallest pallet, our part number 6-24. It is approximately six and one-quarter (6.25) inches [159mm] wide by twenty-four and one-quarter (24.25) inches [616mm] long. It is approximately one and three-quarters (1.75) inches [45mm] thick. It weighs approximately 16.24 pounds (7.4 kilograms).
